Terri (Teresa) Alley has 18 years’ experience in tax and accounting.  She holds an associate degree in business administration and general management with a certificate in accounting from Edison State Community College.  As an Enrolled Agent, Terri is a federally-authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers.   Her expertise includes individual and small business income tax returns, as well as quarterly and year-end payroll taxes, monthly bookkeeping and accounting services.  She also handles issues with the IRS, state, and municipal taxation departments on behalf of clients and represents clients in IRS audits. Terri was recently featured in a spotlight article at Bloomberg Tax.  She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Association of Tax Professionals . Terri is a Darke County native who has called Piqua home for the last 10 years.  She currently serves as treasurer for the Piqua Indian Athletic Boosters and the Arcanum Alumni Association.

Rena (Catrina) Wogaman worked at Copeland/Emerson in the International Department before coming to Alley & Company. She and her husband Larry live in Houston, where they enjoy going to their grandchildren’s sporting events and driving around in their antique cars.
